Making a Purchase:
You can make a purchase from our online store, by Email at sales@kobetron.com or by phone at 850-939-5222. To purchase online, simply browse our website and click on any items that you wish to buy, enter the quantity and add to the shopping cart. You can pay with credit card upon check out or request an invoice to be sent to you
Shipping and Handling:
All our products ship from our Colorado headquarters. Shipping charges will be shown and applied upon checkout. All items are shipped via UPS unless otherwise noted.
Delivery Schedule:
Orders placed in the US by 2:00PM (MT) are normally shipped the same day. We typically send orders UPS second day unless otherwise specified.
Back Orders:
If your item is not in stock, we will back order it for you. You will always be notified with the option to cancel your order.
Payment Methods & Information:
You may pay by credit or debit card which can be provided in the online store, or by phone at 850-939-5222 extension 101. You may also provide us with a purchase order and we will invoice you for payment with net 30 terms
