Please enter the current version with no periods. Example: 1.018.00 becomes 101800. Computer Name should be entered exactly as it is shown on the Device Info screen. Once you receive the download, place the package onto a thumb drive and attach to your GI-4000 Pro’s USB slot. Then go to Settings > Updates and click the Manual Update button. This will allow you to select the package and begin the update process.
